Our minimum order is 25 pieces of the same garment.

Turnaround times vary depending on whether your order is cut-and-sew or sublimated, and whether you’re a new or existing client.

New Clients

Cut-and-sew sportswear: Up to 19 weeks (14 days for design, 7 days for review, 4 weeks for pre-production sample, 12 weeks for manufacture and delivery).

Sublimated garments: Up to 8 weeks (14 days for design, 7 days for review, 2 weeks for pre-production sample, 4 weeks for manufacture and delivery).

Existing Clients

New cut-and-sew sportswear: Up to 19 weeks (same process as above).

Reordering existing designs: Within 12 weeks.

Sublimated sportswear: Within 8 weeks.

Most orders are shipped via sea freight from our factory at no extra cost. If you prefer faster delivery, we can arrange air freight (additional charges apply). Once stock arrives at our warehouse, trusted courier partners deliver directly to your specified address.

Our sizes are designed to fit everyone, from Children’s Size 4 up to Adults’ 6XL.

For one-off orders, full payment is required before production. Repeat customers can apply for an account, which allows future orders to be invoiced upon dispatch from our warehouse, with 30-day payment terms

Yes. We’re experienced in creating customised sportswear to support athletes of all abilities, including adjustments for specific needs at no additional cost.

Our sportswear is produced at our own dedicated factory in Zhongshan, China. By managing production directly, IPSports ensures premium quality, reduced environmental impact, and safe working conditions for all staff.
