Is there an IP Sports shop I can visit to try on products?

Unfortunately, no. We don’t have a storefront and cannot assist members of the public in our warehouse. All orders are placed online and sent to your selected address.

Where can I find your size charts?

Our size charts are based on garment measurements. You can view them on our product pages.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Absolutely! Call us on 1300 IPSPORTS or 02 8677 8559 between 9:00–4:00 on weekdays.

Why isn’t my password working for a locked collection?

Please contact your club or association for collection password issues, as IP Sports is not authorised to distribute them.

Do I need to create an account at checkout?

No, you can use guest checkout. However, creating an account makes future checkouts quicker and keeps you updated on IP Sports’ latest news and offers.

What payment methods does IP Sports accept?


We accept Visa, Mastercard, Afterpay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

What if my credit card shows multiple charges?

This may happen if you clicked ‘submit’ more than once or navigated back during checkout. Please contact our Customer Service Team on 1300 IPSPORTS or email support@ipsports.uk with a screenshot of the charges.

What does the ‘Merchant ID Invalid’ error mean?

This PayPal error indicates an address mismatch. Ensure your shipping address matches your PayPal account for the payment to process successfully.

Delivery

Can I collect my order from your warehouse?

No, all orders are delivered directly to your chosen address.

How much does shipping cost?

Local Standard Shipping (5-7 days): Orders under $150 = $15. Orders over $150 = Free.
Express Shipping (1-4 days): $25 per order.
International Shipping: From $30 AUD depending on weight.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we currently ship to New Zealand, the UK, the US, and selected European countries.

Which delivery service do you use?

We use AusPost and trusted courier partners. Delivery typically takes 5-7 days.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once shipped you’ll receive a tracking number via email (check spam if you don’t see it).

Can I change my delivery address?

Contact us immediately at support@ipsports.uk with your order number. Once shipped, the address can’t be changed.

What happens if my order doesn’t arrive?

Please contact our Customer Service Team at support@ipsports.uk for assistance.

Promo Codes

How do I apply a promotional code?

Enter your code in the promo box at checkout. Only one promo code can be used per order. If you have issues, call 1300 IPSPORTS before completing payment.

Please Note: We cannot apply discounts after checkout is complete. Orders would need to be refunded and reprocessed.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I exchange my purchase?

Yes! Please see our Returns and Exchange Policy for details.

Can I come to the warehouse to exchange?

Unfortunately no, as we don’t have a public storefront.

Absolutely! Our site is hosted and secured with Shopify Payments, with all transactions processed securely through Stripe Payments Australia. Your card details are 100% safe with us.
