Returns and Exchange Policy

At IP Sports, we are committed to providing high-quality sportswear that you’ll love. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to assist with an exchange or store credit. Please read our returns policy below to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.

General Returns Policy

We accept returns for exchange or store credit up to 14 days from the date of dispatch, excluding items deemed faulty.

Key Requirements
  • Items must be returned to IP Sports within 14 days of dispatch.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Items must be in original condition, with tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless found to be faulty.
Shipping Notes
    Returns are at the customer's expense, and IP Sports is not liable for parcels lost in transit. We recommend using tracked postage.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed and credit applied.

How to Return Your Item

Faulty Goods

IP Sports stands by the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If your item has a manufacturing fault, we are committed to resolving it in line with Australian Consumer Law. Proof of purchase is required for all claims.

All faulty items must be returned to IP Sports for assessment by our Quality Assurance team. Depending on the nature of the fault, items will either be repaired or replaced.

A faulty goods claim cannot be made if:

  • The item has experienced fair wear and tear
  • The product has been modified or repaired without authorisation
  • Damage has occurred due to improper care, storage, or external factors (e.g., insect damage)
  • The item is second-hand and you are not the original purchaser

Minor issues will be repaired within a reasonable timeframe to get you back in action as soon as possible.

Custom Orders

Due to the unique nature of custom garments, IP Sports cannot accept returns or exchanges for customised products unless an item is faulty or was customised incorrectly as per your agreement.

Customised Goods Are Non-Returnable If:

  • The item is as ordered but you’ve changed your mind or no longer need it (per Australian Consumer Law)
  • You find a lower price elsewhere
  • The product is damaged from unreasonable use
  • Sizing was incorrectly ordered
